3/15/22 – This is an original German Army Flak Officer’s Visor cap. The cap has a very nice green wool exterior with no notable moth holes or issues. The green wool is accompanied by red piping which signifies an Artillery or Flak unit. The front emblems are in tact and secure with normal patina throughout the edges and within the detailed grooves. The top eagle emblem is slightly cockeyed as the securing pin has become slightly loosed over time. The chinstrap is attached and excellent. The interior shows typical signs of aging and staining from previous use / aging. Nice stitching throughout and no major issues. A very fine example.
