Description
5/2/22 – This is an original, early and scarce model 1900 US Krag rifle bayonet. The bayonet comes with an original metal scabbard with a functional rotating hinge hanger. The scabbard has no markings but the original finish is still present. There are no dents but some surface rust is present on the backside, and there is surface patina throughout the black painted finish. The blade shows signs of use and aging with a few mild dings along the edge and surface scratches throughout. The tip has a minor bend. The wood handle has no cracks or chips but shows signs of aging.
