6/17/22 – This is a nice Springfield M1D Garand configured sniper rifle.Receiver dates to December of 1942, and barrel is dated to March of 1952.M84 telescopic sight with clear reticle, though there is some minor but scattered specks.Three prong flash hider was added and the scope mount may be a reproduction.Unmarked cheekpad is likely a repro.Comes with a nice leather sling.TE is a 4.Bore is fairly shiny with strong rifling but a little frost through the grooves.
