1/10/23 – This is an interesting Spreewerk P.38 from July of 1943 with proofs indicating it went to Britain after the war.The pistol has matching numbers throughout, with minor wear on the sides of the barrel and a little thinning on the front strap.Bore shows some frost throughout.BNP markings on the barrel and slide, and the frame is marked ‘NOT ENGLISH MAKE’.Very nice red grips, with a tiny chip in the rear corner and a hairline crack in the same area.The mag is marked ‘P.38/U’ but has been refinished.
