3/23/22 – This is a very nice, honest example of an original Nazi-issued K98 as produced at the Steyr factory in 1943.The rifle has entirely matching numbers throughout except for the handguard.So this includes the receiver, barrel, bands, rear sight, trigger group, bolt assembly, stock and bolt release.Nice, original finish overall but some visible thinning and patina on the trigger guard and floorplate, as well as the barrel bands.Bore has strong rifling but a little frost throughout.Includes an original sight hood, cleaning rod and sling.
