Description
3/3/22 – This is a near-mint example of a Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. The gun is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 135” Nazi military acceptance proofs throughout. It has retained about 98% of its iconic dust-blue finish, characteristic of these guns. There are just hints of wear on some of the high edges and around the muzzle. A hint of thinning on the front strap. Comes with excellent bakelite grips and a period-correct “jvd” magazine. The bore is shiny with very strong rifling and tiny freckles here and there. De-cocker is functional.
