12/30/22 – This is a near-mint example of a Colt Commando Revolver manufactured in 1942 and chambered in .38 Special. It is all matching and comes with an original matching-numbered box, owners manual, and cleaning rod. The cardboard box is a bit flimsy and starting to tear along the edges. The gun itself has retained nearly all of its original parkerized finish. There are just light scuffs and handling marks here and there and a light roll mark on the cylinder. Comes with excellent brown plastic grips. The bore is stone-mint. The cylinder is tight and the action is smooth.
