Description
10/24/22 – This is a near-mint example of a Nambu Type 14 issued to the Japanese military in May of 1937. It is all matching and has retained nearly all of its bluing. The only noticeable sign of wear is some light freckling on both grip straps and a little bit here and there on the frame. The straw coloring is still mostly intact on the small parts. Comes with very nice period-correct wood grips – the left panel is hand-numbered and matching, the right panel has no visible numbering. Also comes with a period-correct but mismatched nickeled magazine. The bore is near-mint.
