Description
7/28/22 – This is a very nice example of a transitional Mauser Model 1914/34 sold in the commercial market in 1928-33. It is all matching and has the proper “Crown U” commercial proofs. It has retained about 90% of its original finish. There is muzzle wear, splotchy discoloration along the right side of the slide, a spot of wear on the underside of the trigger guard, and thinning on the front strap. Comes with a very nice wood grip and a period-correct magazine. The bore is shiny with strong rifling and some very light freckling here and there.
