11/21/22 – This is an excellent example of a Mauser WTP I sold in the commercial market in the 1920’s. It is all matching and has the proper “Double Crown U” commercial proofs. It comes as a rig with two proper magazines and a nice generic brown leather holster. The gun itself has retained about 96-97% of its original finish. There is minor wear around the muzzle and along the high edges of the slide. A couple of tiny scratches on the front strap. Comes with a period-correct black bakelite grip – one hairline crack on each side. Excellent bore with strong rifling.
