5/20/22 – This is a nice example of a Mauser C96 Broomhandle sold in the commercial market in 1911-15. The gun is all matching and has the proper “Double Crown U” proofs. There isn’t much actual finish loss, but there is brown patina under the bluing on most of the gun. Tiny dots of oxidation and freckling throughout. There is a small textured scratch on the underside of the barrel. Comes with slightly worn wood grips that are numbered and matching to the gun. The bore has poor rifling with pitting and oxidation throughout.
