10/20/22 – This is an excellent example of a BYF 44 Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi police force in 1944. It is all matching and has the proper police “Eagle L” marking on the right side of the slide. It comes as a rig with an excellent 1944 dated soft shell holster, one “Waffen 135” marked magazine, and one faintly “Eagle 359” marked magazine. The entire gun has a dark finish, so we believe it has been refinished. It has retained virtually all of its new bluing. Comes with excellent reddish grips. The bore is mint, and the de-cocker is functional.
