7/28/22 – This is an excellent example of a Mauser P.38 put together by the French using leftover Nazi parts immediately after WW2. This one was imported by Interarms. It comes with its original matching Interarms box, owners manual, and one waffen-proofed magazine. The gun is all matching, has a French star on the right side of the slide, and has a Nazi waffen proof on the barrel. Import mark on the underside of the slide. The gun has an all-phosphate finish. These are inherently difficult to rate, but we believe it has retained around 96%. There is light spotty oxidation here and there and very minor wear around the high edges. Comes with French metal grips. Very nice bore with strong rifling and some very light pin-pricking here and there. De-cocker is functional.
