Description
3/18/21 – This is an original M40 nazi helmet from WW2. The helmet is reportedly a battlefield find at the battle of Stalingrad on the Eastern front. There is no provenance to accommodate this story, but the helmet does show evidence of having white colored paint / camouflage, which would be fitting for Stalingrad. The helmet is clearly worn and rusted, as shown in photos with only a small amount of the liner in tact. The two decals are visible but very worn as well. See photos.
