Description
12/8/21 – This is an excellent example of a Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. It is all matching and has the proper “Waffen 135” Nazi military acceptance proofs throughout. It has retained about 93-94% of its original finish. The profile views are minty, as there is only very minor wear on the high edges of the slide, around the muzzle, and a few small spots of the barrel. Most of the finish loss is some minor thinning on the front strap. Comes with excellent bakelite grips and a period-correct “Waffen 135”-marked Mauser magazine. The bore is mint. De-cocker is functional.
