5/21/21 – This is an excellent example of a Quality Hardware M1 Carbine issued to the US military in June of 1943. Overall, the gun is excellent but has been re-parkerized. A bayonet lug and adjustable rear sight were added, likely for the Korean War. The stock is excellent but has been sanded – makers mark still visible.It’s also a rare M2 variant with the slot for the selector switch. Below is a full parts list with markings.
