Description
7/27/22 – This is an original 1943 hard shell style P.38 holster. The holster is in good overall condition despite having some re-stitching on the back belt loops. The left loop appears to be re-stitched at the top of the loop, and the right loop is re-stitched at the bottom of the loop. The right loop also has some loose stitches at the top, but this doesn’t affect functionality and the loop is still secure. The back leather is maker stamped, dated, waffen proofed, and P.38 stamped. The leather is soft and pliable throughout with surface wrinkling mostly on the front leather. Fairly clean interior leather.
