6/20/22 – This is an original US Mare Island No. 10 Ensign flag. The flag is ink stamped on the hoist with a September 1943 production date. Excellent markings. The flag has some tattered cloth areas and small holes throughout the striped areas. See photos. Measures approx. 2.9 x 5.5 feet. A very cool piece of US history! These flags were made for battleships during WW2.
