Description
5/4/22 – This is a very nice example of an Enfield No 4 Mk 1 rifle issued to the British military in 1943. It is matching, dated 1943 on the receiver, and has the proper British proofs throughout. Matching wood stock. it has retained most of its black painted finish. In general, there are light scratches in the finish throughout. Nice wood stock with minor bruises and dings here and there. The bore has strong rifling, but there is some minor pin-pricking in the grooves.
