Description
1/26/23 – This is a very nice example of a DWM Luger issued to the Imperial German military in 1915. It is all matching and has the proper Imperial military proofs. British export proofs on the underside of the barrel. It has retained about 97% of its original finish with just very minor wear on some of the high edges. While there is very little actual finish loss, there are some small handling marks on the front strap and light freckling on both straps. Some pin-pricking on the side plate. Fitted with nice wood grips – numbered and mismatched to the gun. Comes with a period-correct but mismatched magazine. The bore has decent rifling with pin-pricking throughout.
