Each round in this case fires a 185 grain jacketed hollow point bullet at a muzzle velocity of 950 feet per second. Compared to other .45 Auto loads, this is a relatively light projectile that travels quickly. The JHP projectile is capable of producing expansion but also punches nice clean holes in paper targets thanks to its semi-wadcutter shape.
