Description
Böker doesnt only produce amazing outdoor knives, they also produce kitchen knives. The Danish knife maker Jesper Voxnaes made sure the kitchen knives from the Saga collection had a look and feel all their own.
The blade is made from 440C stainless steel and enhanced with a stonewashed finish. This is a slightly matted finish. The blade is enhanced with a ‘flat grind’ and razor-sharp. The blade runs throughout the entire handle. As such you have a properly balanced knife that is amazing to use.
The ergonomically shaped handle is made from black G10. G10 is a material that is often used for outdoor knives, but quite remarkable in the kitchen. It is practically indestructible. The holes in the handle are typical for a Jesper Voxnaes design.
