The Athlon Optics Heras SPR 4-20×50 Rifle Scope with AAGR2SFP MIL reticle is engineered to offer improved performance for hunting andprecision shooting. It utilizes a high-precision erector system for sharp andconsistent adjustments, as well as a 1″ one piece aircraft-grade aluminumtube for additional reliability.
This scope has improved color reproduction and lighttransmission because it uses advanced fully-multicoated lenses that helpdeliver crisp and clear views despite challenging weather and lightingconditions. It is also waterproof, shockproof, and argon purged for enhancedfogproofing when compared to scopes that use less-resistant purging methods.
The Athlon Optics Heras SPR 4-20×50 uses an elevation turretwith a precision zero stop to quickly return to zero without shifting focusfrom the target, and a locking windage turret that prevents accidentaladjustments. Each turret has 10 MIL per rotation, has a 0.1 MIL click value,and adjusts in a range of 21 MIL total.
The AAGR2 SFP (second focal plane) MIL reticle has etchedglass for reliable visibility, and it has accurate measurements at the 20xmagnification level. It has a fine center dot, and marks and floating dotsevery 1 MIL out to 8 MIL on each side, 4 MIL on the top, and 9 MIL on thebottom. It also has larger hash marks and numbered marks every 2 MIL.
