Description
1/26/23 – This is a rare Verchromt Walther PPK in excellent, original condition that retains about 96-97% of its original finish. Very few PPKs were finished in ÄúverchromtÄù, which was WaltherÄôs experiment in producing a variation of the plated finish – essentially a type of electrolysis plating that gave the gun a dull gray appearance.Unfortunately, it proved to be less durable than the standard blue finish and very few such guns were made in the early 30s. There is very minor thinning on the trigger guard and front strap, and a little more on the right side of the slide. Comes with one Verchromt magazine with beautiful finger extension, one flat bottom Verchromt magazine, and an excellent black leather holster.Minty bore.Excellent brown grip with some very light surface cracking on the right side.
