Description
3/8/22 – This is an original waffen proofed 1944 dated holster for a Mauser HSC or Sauer 38h pistol. This style of holster is also appropriate for other 7.65mm Axis pistols, but the 38h and HSC are most commonly found with this style. The holster is waffen proof stamped on the closure strap. There appears to be a repair of the opening hole on the closure strap – see photos. This is very minor and doesn’t affect functionality. There’s a maker stamp and date under the closure strap. No notable issues with stitching or leather.
