Description
4/22/22 – This is a nice example of a First Variation Walther Model 8 manufactured in the 1920’s. The gun is all matching and has the proper “Crown N” commercial proofs. It has retained only about 20% of its original finish. There is significant wear and spotty oxidation throughout. The only areas that have retained some finish are on both sides of the slide. Comes with excellent period-correct grips and a Walther banner magazine. There is some white wax pencil in the Walther banners on the grips. The bore has good rifling with some minor freckling throughout.
